Jozi Productions is proudly based in Woodstock, Georgia, and we currently serve Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, Atlanta, and surrounding areas. As we continue to expand, our service area will expand with us. We are available for select projects statewide for select bookings.

You can begin by submitting a Start a Project form or scheduling a consultation call. We’ll set up an in-person meeting to discuss your goals, requirements, budget, and timeline before sending a customized proposal.

4. Do you offer packages or custom pricing?

Both. We have structured package options for social media, weddings, portrait sessions, websites, and apps. However, Larger scale projects are tailored with custom proposals where we discuss the scope and pricing collaboratively.

5. What industries do you work with?

We work with growth-focused businesses and brands in industries including restaurants, real estate, luxury products, automotive, retail, e-commerce, corporate services, events, and hospitality. We also work with individual clients on weddings and personal media.

6. How fast can we start?

Project start times vary depending on availability. We book limited projects each month to protect quality and client focus. Early scheduling is recommended.

7. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking. The remaining balance is billed through structured payment milestones depending on project scope.

8. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for qualified business and wedding projects. Full payment is due before final delivery.

9. Will I own the content you produce?

Jozi Productions retains full copyright ownership of all media created, including photos, videos, and digital assets. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license for the final deliverables based on the project type:

• Personal Use (weddings & portraits):

  Clients are permitted to share, print, and display their content for personal use.

• Commercial Use (business clients):

  Businesses receive a license for brand and marketing purposes. Reselling, third-party distribution, or paid advertising usage beyond the agreed scope requires written permission and may include licensing fees.

Jozi Productions also reserves the right to display, publish, and promote any created media for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and professional use.

10. What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times depend on the project:

• Social Media Content: weekly/monthly delivery cycles

• Photography: 1-2 weeks

• Weddings: 4–8 weeks

• Websites: 5+ weeks

• Video Production: 2–6 weeks

• App Development: 8+ weeks

11. Do you travel for shoots and events?

Yes. We travel Statewide for weddings, businesses, and production projects. Travel fees and accommodation fees apply depending on location and scope of the project.

12. Can I reschedule or cancel my shoot?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed with advance notice. Cancellations follow contract terms and deposits are non-refundable due to time reserved.
